Brief Project Summary:

Gaining a greater understanding of the benefits provided from feeding growing cattle soybeans, and feeding strategies that limit concerns of feeding unroasted soybeans to dairy cattle could allow for expanded use of soybeans in cattle diets. Ultimately, greater inclusion of soybeans in cattle diets could allow for greater demand and value of harvested soybeans when markets are congested.
