Project Summary

Auxin herbicides have allowed greater control of herbicide resistant weed species, but their future is uncertain. To maintain an understanding of best management practices if these technologies are lost research will be conducted to determine the best combination of practices to manage resistance.

Project Objectives

1. Evaluate weed control with PRE and POST herbicide systems

2. Integrate cover crops with non-auxin herbicide programs

3. Identify best management practices where auxin herbicides are not an option

The United Soybean Research Retention policy will display final reports with the project once completed but working files will be purged after three years. And financial information after seven years. All pertinent information is in the final report or if you want more information, please contact the project lead at your state soybean organization or principal investigator listed on the project.
